This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from MiFIRE or through authorised MiFIRE sales channels.

02

Section

Warranty period

The applicable warranty period is stated on the individual product page unless specified otherwise.

Where local consumer protection laws provide longer mandatory rights, those statutory rights remain unaffected.

Weathering and Corten steel

If a MiFIRE product is made from weathering or Corten steel, its surface will naturally develop a protective rust-like patina over time.

This expected process enhances corrosion resistance, does not affect structural integrity and is not a manufacturing defect. Its appearance and timing vary with climate and environmental conditions.

06

Section

Heat-related changes

Fire pits are exposed to extremely high temperatures. The changes below are normal and are not covered under warranty.

  • Blue, gold or bronze colour changes
  • Blackened steel surfaces
  • Surface scaling
  • Minor deformation of removable components caused by repeated heating cycles
07

Section

Rust and corrosion

Surface rust may naturally occur on steel products exposed to outdoor conditions. Only structural failures resulting directly from manufacturing defects may be eligible for warranty consideration.

  • Surface rust caused by weather
  • Corrosion resulting from standing water
  • Rust caused by improper storage
  • Rust resulting from chemical exposure
  • Corrosion caused by saltwater or coastal environments
08
